Pastor Nilesh and his wife Rosey were married in 2000. Pastor Nilesh Hiwale is from Maharashtra and Rosey is originally from Kerala. Pastor Nilesh graduated with M.Div. from Berean Baptist Bible College (Banglore). He later did his M.Th. at Providence Evangelical Bible Seminary in Panvel. He was appointed as a lecturer at the same seminary from 2012. He is still faculty member of PEBS and currently serving as Pastor and Teaching Elder at Nashik Baptist Church.
